RULES AND REGULATIONS:

The contest runs EVERY 3 MONTHS. Winners are awarded every Jan 1, April 1, July 1, Oct 1. Mixed Magazine will choose the top model from all 4 winners to Become a Mixed Magazine Model and win the $2500 package prize!!!

• Each Winner from the 3 months will be featured and advertised in our network to millions of viewers
• You must Promote yourself online through twitter, facebook, etc,. with your URL link that will be provided to you once you have been approved
• Please make sure the images you load are the ones you want. They will be permanent and can not be changed after they have been submitted
• Winner will get the cover of Mixed Magazine
• Winner will be promoted online through hundreds of our affiliates
• Quarterly winners will shoot in Miami
• Yearly Winner gets all expenses paid photoshoot
• NO Nude Images allowed in the contest
• We frown on altered and fake images. If you have had excessive and disturbing plastic surgery including butt implants, lip injections and others enhancements or extremely doctored photos using photoshop we will either not approve you for the search or it can discredit you during the contest with the magazine editor. Keep in mind we are experts in this field and can tell very easily what has been altered so don’t think you are slick!
• The magazine editor has the final say on who wins the contest.
• Please refrain from emailing us asking “WHY?” We will not answer. It is what it is.
• We do not accept men in the contest. This is for women only!
• You will be contacted on APPROVAL with your URL Web link for promotional purposes

I, grant permission to MiXED Magazine. to use three (3) photographs of myself taken by me for the perpetual and exclusive use on Mixed-Magazine.com and its associated web sites including but not limited to any advertising, promotional or publicity purposes.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the aforementioned use of the photograph now or in the future via electronic media, the Internet and any and all other mediums existing today or in the future. I hereby agree to release and hold harmless Mixed Magazine,

from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs, including but not limited to any distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in production of the finished product.

I am 18 years of age and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing,and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release. I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name. If phishing, hacking and/or fraudulent actions occur with voting, I will be immediately disqualified.

I understand that all judging for the contest by Mixed Magazine is final. 50% of contest is based upon public votes, and the judges decision accounts for the other 50%.
