When I first witnessed Carmen strutting her stuff in the bikini contest at Kitchen 305 in Miami I instantly knew she had the goods and of course the next day she was at the club ready for her Mixed Magazine feature photoshoot. As she walked into the hotel her legs practically had everyone frozen at the front lobby. Her thing is fitness and it shows. Infact, she states that she is a total Fitness Fanatic!
Carmen is from a small town in Carlisle, Ontario, Canada. Coming from a very small High School, where she ran track. Carmen became addicted to working out when she was 18 years old. Since then she is a complete gym rat! She has pure love for the fitness industry! This is what made her the senior fitness manager for many years with The Alliance Fitness Corporation. Her first experience with competitive fitness was in 2006. She has competed in many competitions, starting with fitness model, now figure and bikini. She is climbing in many ways! Where were you born, and how was life growing up? I was born in Burlington, Ontario Canada. Grew up in Waterdown, Ontario. Life was extremely simple. Small town, small highschool not much to do but to get into small town trouble! I have a very large close knit family. I am very blessed to have a solid and pretty much, dream family life!

Kinda hearted, loveable, and ambitious
Do you go to college? ummmm…… forever ago! Now i am currently enrolled in “Peace,Passion and Purpose” at the School of LIFE!
Are you a good dancer? Absolutely!
Do you like the nerdy type, UFC fighter guy or the regular joe? A mix of all three! Find too much of one thing is boring as hell!
Do you have any secret weaknesses or guilty pleasures? Men that can dance is an extreme weakness (such a turn on!) and food is definitely a guilty pleasure! LOVE FOOD!
What’s your biggest turn on? Men that can dance, take care of their bodies and a great smile! When it comes to personality, sense of humor and someone who has an open mind!
What’s one thing about yourself that everyone should know? I live to help others! Seeing others succeed or seeing them happy because I was there for them, is an incredible feeling!
What do guys compliment you most on? My eyes and legs
Do you consider yourself more of a “giver” or a “taker”? Definitely a giver. But also like attention so guess i am a little bit of both!
If you could have any car you wanted, what would it be? Aston Martin DBS! Such an incredibly beautiful car! Powerful, elegant and eye catching!
Do you have any hidden talents? My dancing! I have shocked a few people with my dancing skills!
What do you like best about being a model? Always fun and continuously meeting new people!
What would you consider your strongest attribute? My kindness!
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and who would you take with you? Tough question! There are so many places! But honestly would love to go to Hawaii and take a special someone!
What is your favorite food? I just love food! I don’t really have a go to food! My personality is very open! I need change and like to try new things! I don’t think i have a favorite anything!
What do you do for fun? Again, i love doing different things all the time! I am pretty competitive so love things that are interactive (sports, pool, games, cards etc.) I can’t really sit still for more then 2 minutes unless I have someone keeping me still!
What are your dreams and goals? Professionally: To have a successfull career as fitness and life coach via my website, classes and DVD’s. Personally: To share my life with someone with the same goals and aspirations. Bringing up a family together for the rest of our lives!
How did you get your start in modeling? I started modeling when i started competing in Fitness competitions. Kind of took on a life of its own!

I got a job at a camp ground and trailer park at the gate and watched the store! lol! Lived in the country! What can i say! Didn’t tell my parents that they actually had a nude beach and swingers club! When they found out they made me quick! lol! And no i never participated! I was only 14!
