An interview with Amanda Olson:

Where were you born, and how was life growing up?
ModelResponse: I was born in a very small town in southern Missouri. My life growing up had many ups & downs. I come from a very small family and we had our share of issues.

What nationality are you? ModelResponse: I am actually part Swedish & Norwegian.

What would the average person say about you? ModelResponse: The average person who actually got to know me would definitely say I am very down to earth & easy to talk to. I would say the number one thing I hear a lot from people after they get to know me a little is, “Wow, I feel like I have known you forever.” I think thats a pretty good quality. I will pretty much talk to anyone about mostly anything.

What kind of stuff did you get into after high school? ModelResponse:  HaHa .. ummmmm … what do I want everyone to know?? Just kidding. I went on to college and did my share of partying. Then I went on to become a Division Manager in the Financial Industry. And for the past 4 years I have been modeling and am currently working on recording a few songs. Stay tuned!!!!

Do you have any secret weaknesses or guilty pleasures? We won’t tell anybody… promise. I have a major sweet tooth. It’s not normal!!! You could almost talk me into about anything if there is promise for sugar in the end. Oh and I am a caffeine freak! I can drink like 20 THOUSAND cups of coffee a day. Now that really isnt normal.

Describe your most embarrassing moment. I fell off a treadmill once … and yes there was other people around. Not fun. Scrapped up my knee. lol.

What has been your most memorable experience as a model? My best friend’s little boy saw one of my pictures online of me winning one of my competitions, and I have this HUGE tiara on my head. Well, needless to say .. he really thinks I am a princess. lol. Isn’t that one of the cutest stories ever. So I guess it’s all a matter of perspective whether or not I reached my childhood dream of becoming a princess. )

What’s your biggest turn on? Integrity.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and who would you take with you? Greece! I have always wanted to got there. It is so beautiful .. I’d take someone to pay for it all. lol. j/k I would take my best friend.

We know you’re a model and all, but you must have a favorite food. What is it? I told ya’ .. sweets! Sugar, choclates, carmel- filled chocolates that have been chilled in the refrigerator … yummmmoooo

Besides modeling, what do you do for fun? I workout, play with my little man Bentley, or geek out on my computer.

What are your dreams and goals? Currently, I am working on recording a few songs. Ever since I was a little girl I wanted to be a singer. .. Well, ever since I was a little girl and found out becoming a princess was most likely not an option.

Would you prefer a guy to pursue you, or do you like to be the aggressor? I don’t chase boys. … Girls shouldn’t have too. I think of it as if he wants to be with you, call you, find you, he will. Pretty simple.

How did you get your start in modeling? I started modeling for some local companies here in St. Louis. Then I started competing in swimsuit competitions and honestly one thing led to another. Here I am now

What’s one thing about yourself that everyone should know? I tell it like it is. For some people I can tend to be a little direct sometimes. I try to not be quite so bold.

Do you kiss on the first date? Depends on how well the date went and how much I had too drink. lol. jk about the drinking thing. But seriously, it depends. I’m pretty picky though.

Do you consider yourself more of a “giver” or a “taker”? definitely a giver… agh too much! but oh well.

If you could have any car you wanted, what would it be? One that never needed and maintenance or gas, that ran forever & ever, and was undestroyable.

Do you have any hidden talents? Don’t be shy. I can read minds …. be careful what yo are thinking.

What do you like best about being a model? I love getting to travel and all the great people I have got to meet and know. I have met some pretty amazing people all across the US. Some of my best friends I never would have got the opportunity to ever got to know was made possible by modeling. It truly has been the experience and opportunity of a life time. … Plus, we get paid to look good & just be ourselves. Not too tough. lol.

What would you consider your strongest attribute? Weakest? I think it’s pretty obvious! … my personality! lol.

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done? hmmmmm depends on your definition of crazy ….

What’s the most unusual place you’ve ever hooked up? How’d it go?: On the hood of my car, public park, by the water. It was great, except for the mosquito bites!

Have you ever lied to get something for free? What was it?: Absolutely not. Lying is for losers! Why lie when I can get free stuff telling the truth?!

What do you feel most comfortable wearing?: I feel the most comfortable in my birthday suit! It’s the best suit I have!!
