Hello all you lovely ladies! We have created this section to really give you a clear understanding of what to expect from a Mixed Magazine Model Photoshoot. Our main goal is for the both of us to utilize our abilities to help each other prosper as much as possible. We know that communication is the answer to success which is why we would like for you to read this page completely and understand what you can expect when shooting with Mixed Magazine.

First of all we are not some huge multimillion dollar company that has huge budgets to fly in tons of models, mua’s, photographers, stylists, etc. In fact, we are really just a small blog/directory website that has grown from the ground up with very limited resources and one main photographer. We have built a solid foundation due to our hard work and dedication to making models look their best. Our focus has always had the models best interest in mind. Our website is highly advanced with top notch design and functionality to give our viewers the best experience possible. We are now boasting over 4 million visitors per year to our website and growing daily in all categories by 110%.

Please understand that a large population of our audience is men in between the ages of 18-45. These men are specifically looking for strong sex appeal from our models and our magazine does just that. Because of our beautiful model base, attention to detail and our ability to create stunning eye candy – we attract pretty much everybody under the sun from all parts of the world. We believe that women’s beauty should be greatly appreciated in a positive manners and not frowned upon by various groups and societies. Can I bring someone along with me?

We are very strict about not allowing chaperones/escorts accompanying models during our photoshoots. This has been put into place for your safety as well as ours. We have shot with over 100 models and they all have experienced complete safety and comfort during the full length of the shoot. Due to popular demand we have decided to create a list of reasons why this policy is in full effect.

1) Allowing unknown individuals puts us at risk and we can not be assured that he or she will not cause conflict.
2) The shoots sometimes last several hours. It’s extremely rare that a chaperone will not become overwhelmingly bored thus causing them to become uncomfortable and unpredictable.
3) Our shooting styles are trade secrets that have been studied for years to create our unique effects separating us from any competition. Our techniques simply are not open to the public.
4) We have had past experiences where escorts have snapped off cell phone images unknowingly of our shoots and posted them online. Our sets are private. The only way to prevent such circumstances from happening is to simply not allow accompanied photo shoots.
5) When dealing with another individual(escort) it takes away the time we need to really get to know the subject matter – you the model. The model and photographer deserve 100% undivided attention in order to focus properly on bringing home the winning shots!
6) A very important quality that is demanded by our models is your ability to showcase being independent. We believe a truly beautiful woman should handle herself properly in all situations.
7) We respect each models privacy and we do not bring unknown individuals to our shoots. We feel that the same respect is due in return.
8 ) We don’t need anyone to assist us with hair placement, tags showing, poses, etc. The photographers job is to ensure that his work is controlled and perfected in the manner he sees fit in order to execute his craft to the highest degree. Plus we have photoshop.
9) A photographer and model is a professional job just as any other job in the world. It’s obvious to everyone as to what would be the response if you wanted to bring your friend to work with you.
10) If you feel you need more reasons or would like to take the time to research us more please feel free. We need for you to feel completely comfortable and free to be as sexy as possible during our shoots so please take the time to allow yourself to do so.

Do you all provide Hair and Makeup?

We do not provide hair and makeup. We believe that part of you being a sexy model is the ability to know how you look your best and how to achieve that on your own.

What is your cancellation policy?

We take our jobs very seriously and we hope you do as well. We ask for you to make sure that once you have schedule your shoot with us that is 100% set in stone. If you have any doubt about your date simply do not schedule your shoot. Please understand that we are working you in on a very tight schedule and not showing to a shoot is detrimental to our operation. We have heard nearly every single excuse imaginable. If you a true professional model then you will stick with your booking date not only for us but for all modeling projects. If you absolutely have you cancel then you must have an excuse that is extremely important and must be able to show proof. Otherwise you will be banned from ever being able to shoot with us in the future. You will also be reported to other important people on our mailing list within the modeling industry such as agencies, scouts and clients. If you pull the famous no-show you will also be reported and banned from Mixed Magazine. This list is also shown at our website listing each model and their bogus excuse for everyone to see. We take this subject very seriously and enforce it to the fullest. If you would like to have the leisure of being able to cancel without being reported we do have a $250 refundable deposit. You would simply send us a check or Paypal us $250.00 which we will pay back to you once you have shot with us.

Who provides wardrobe?

We do not provide wardrobe. Our photoshoots are tfp and a service to you. We want you to be 100% happy with your images so we let you pick out what you like the most to wear.

What kind of wardrobe?

We shoot only the sexiest of bikini and lingerie outfits. Thongs are preferred. Brazilian is the largest back we will shoot. We need to confirm outfits before shooting.

Do you guys pay models?

There is no pay. We are free resource that is providing you with first class photos as well as exposure to millions of online viewers worldwide. We are a one of a kind website. The price tag for our service could easily be priced at a couple thousand dollar which is most likely equal to your modeling charge. We spend a minimum of 30 hours per set because of the amount of images we provide.

What kind of models do you choose?

We choose the creme’ de la creme’ of bikini and lingerie models. We are always looking for curvy, pretty and well rounded personalities not in that order but all in one. We want to see that you are serious about being a model. Our magazine is geared to assist you on reaching your goals. Fake butts is highly frowned upon and facial surgery is a huge no no. Fake boobs is really our only exception. If you feel that your surgery is so superior and unnoticeable please feel free to submit to images to us. RESPECT is always a winner with us too! So respect your body and yourself.

Is there a list of things I need to bring to the shoot?

Yes please make a checklist and make sure you don’t forget any of these.
1) NO TAN LINES!
2) Heels to match outfits
3) Hair and Makeup done
4) A towel
5) Water
6) Robe or something to change in
7) Turn volume off on cell phones
8 ) If you are unsure of what kind of suits then just bring them all.

When do I get to see my photos?

Immediately after a photoshoot we quickly upload them to our online proofing service at http://www.mixed.smugmug.com. You will be provided a password to view them but not to download and post until we have done our post production work on them. We then pick the best of the best which in most cases is in between 50-200 images per set. We then will perform post production to color enhance, doctor and post logos on each image. Finally we will then reupload the corrected images ready for you to have and do whatever you would like to them. There are some cases where we will provide images without our logos upon request.

Do you doctor the photos?

We consider ourselves one of the extinct breeds of photographers that don’t misuse adobe photoshops capabilities. We have been around since the very beginning stages of photoshop and we know that it’s intention was not to create fake alterations to peoples bodies and faces. We only enhance the image were we believe the camera has failed in such areas as contrast, color correction, saturation and other photographic areas.

Where are you guys located?

We are based out of Cocoa Beach, Florida which is 30 min east of Orlando. It’s one of the safest towns in the United States and is home to the Space Shuttle, I dream of Jeannie and 10x World Champion Surfer Kelly Slater. We are centrally located in Florida so it’s easy for us to shoot in almost every part of the state at a moments notice. We frequent Miami and Tampa as they are both only 3 hours from Cocoa Beach.

Does Mixed Magazine shoot nudity?

That has always been a touchy subject with us but currently 99.99% of our shoots do not contain nudity. We think the reason for that is due to us being located in America and our society has a big influence on the direction of nudity as a whole. We also believe that glamour models have a very sexy and unique style about them and the fact that the majority of these models chose to hide various parts wearing classy bikinis is the one thing that is most appealing about them. We are not opposed to shooting nudity in a tasteful manner.

What happens to the images?

We carefully choose the very best top 10 images from your photo sets and add our professional post production touches to them. They then get posted on your unique blog page on our website along with your bio, web links, interview and resume. We then let social networking go to work as hundreds of blog sites and social networking sites repost them with the Mixed Magazine logo printed on them. All of these postings continually drive traffic back to our website where visitors can then read you directly from the source. People and companies will hopefully recognize you and become interested in hiring you for various modeling projects. These images will also be provided to you.  The other remaining images that are not used on your unique blog are contained in our private section. These images are highly and effectively protected from freely being downloaded.

Does Mixed do behind the scenes videos?

We do create 1 sexy behind the scenes video of each photoshoot. Due to the overwhelming amount of misuse of online videos through tube sites where they continually steal videos for their own benefit, we have decided to protect our videos in our exclusive member section.

What’s the difference between being in the Model Directory and being a Mixed Magazine Model?

A Mixed Magazine Model gets all the privileges of the consistent online viral marketing. She also gets free photoshoots on availability. Mixed Magazine Models get placed on that Mixed Models page which gets the second highest traffic on our website. Models in the Model Directory only get to post a few images and may or may not have a full interview, bio or resume included.

How do I get to be a Mixed Magazine Cover Model?

This is the highest level you can achieve below being Mixed Magazine Model of the Year. Cover Models are posted biweekly which is yes, 2 per month. The 1st and the 15th of every month. Cover Models are carefully chosen. They must posses all the right things at that right time. We like to feature models on the cover when they are at the hottest peak moment in their career.

How do I become Mixed Magazine Model of the Year?

It’s based on the undeniable ability to take over the modeling world within a years period. This is measured by how many LIKES are on your page, how many times your page has been visited, how much activity as a model you have a had, how hot you are and the amount of respect you have for the modeling business and to others.
