Describe the best part about growing up in Boston. Growing up in Boston- gave me a taste of everything from bar tending and go go dancing at night to relaxed burbs and family time. Love Boston!

Are u a good dancer? i can tear it up for a white chick hahhaha!

Do you like the nerdy type, UFC fighter guy or the regular joe? Nerdy or ufc- well since I am a WCF ring girl and I see all aspects of the fighters and love it! I also love a very intelligent guy. That’s a hard question I’m super picky!!!

Do you have any secret weaknesses or guilty pleasures? For a guilty pleasure I would have to say I luv attention but am not an easy girl so I seem to be a heart breaker.

Describe your most embarrassing moment. Embarrassing moment was walking into a glass door so hard I fell!yeaaa I was as red as a lobster! Not cool

Do you consider yourself more of a “giver” or a “taker”? I would say I’m more of a giver. I love knowing I made someone happy and can take care of them as well as myself. I’m def. A giver!

What do you like best about being a model? Best thing about bn a model- learning how much power you can have as a woman, but acknowledging how much more power you can have by being down to earth and remembering where u came from.

What would you consider your strongest attribute? Strongest attribute- I’m very independent and motivated. I am a very driven person.

Where were you born, and how was life growing up? Bayamon, P.R., not a crazy wild city and anything like a town either. Life was interesting since I was all the time moving so I never had like a “home” place but I did had a great childhood.

What kind of stuff did you get into after high school? After high school I start working on sport bars as bartender, and I get into the promotions world doing conventions, car shows, working on concerts etc..

Do you have any secret weaknesses or guilty pleasures? I think chocolates could be my secret weakness, as far for guilty pleasures, mmmm! I would like to keep it to myself, im the type that kiss and dont tell, if you know what I mean.

What has been your most memorable experience as a model? I think the opportunity to travel to different places and meet a lot of new people.

What’s one thing about yourself that everyone should know? That I am a very positive person.

What are your dreams and goals? Im actually in college right now  so I would say that my goal is graduate with a minimun of 3.80

Where were you born, and how was life growing up?
I was born in the uk. In Cornwall- i first lived by the sea, then moved to the countryside. I even lived on a boat for a while! My childhood was great. I was loved and well looked after.

What nationality are you? British

What would the average person say about you?
The average person would say I seem friendly and polite. My friends would say i have a wicked sense of humour and that im harder than the queen to contact!

What kind of stuff did you get into after high school?
My sights were set on traveling and partying. The people i have met and the experiences ive had have been very valuable to me. Somewhere between the parties I spent some time at the London College of Fashion studying how a lingerie business works.

Do you have any secret weaknesses or guilty pleasures?
Alot of guilty pleasures! Chocolate.. shop sales.. Eastenders (english soap opera)… christmas shopping for others and returning with a new wardrobe for me…pressing the snooze button on my alarm.

Describe your most embarrassing moment.
I dont have any. That thing most people have called shame managed to bypass me.

What has been your most memorable experience as a model?
I had a party held for me in London. I was modeling for Apple Bottom Jeans- The night was called “A night with Rosie Roff”. It felt quite surreal. That was alot of fun for me.

What’s your biggest turn on?
Feeling 100 percent myself around somebody… and feeling like im getting to know that person too.

What’s one thing about yourself that everyone should know?
Im quite a private person really- although looking at my pics you’d never guess!

I love that modeling gives me an excuse to dress in outrageous outfits that i wouldnt have the chance to wear otherwise. It lets me unleash my sexier side and show off. Its almost like someone else in front of the camera. The traveling opportunities involved in modeling are great too.

I can see the fun in any situation.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and who would you take with you?
New York. Christmas shopping. Id take my best friend Emma.

A perfect breakfast. Croissants and coffee… preferably in bed.

Besides modeling, what do you do for fun?
I enjoy running.. so go jogging most days for fun. I read as much as i can and spend time with my friends and family when im not working.

What are your dreams and goals?
I would like to own and run my own business. It would be great to have no worries financially when i jump on a plane last minute for a long weekend or a week long holiday with the girls.

I do like to be pursued. I think every girl enjoys thatI like things to be straight forward. Im not a big one for game playing. If i like someone i will tell them from the outset… i expect the same from them.

How did you get your start in modeling?
I was on a beach in Newquay and i was stopped and asked to enter a bikini contest. After that i took part in Plymouth Calendar Girls.. all stems from that really. The photoshoots from that lead onto more work.

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
Haha! Oh God. My whole life so far has been pretty crazy. From the point of moving away from home when i was 17 till now has been one big ball of craziness. Im only just taking time to breath now! Ive always been pretty fearless. It doesnt matter how much i get burnt or find my self in difficult situations. Ill still be the first to say yes to new opportunities and experiences.
The craziest thing ive ever done could probably still get me arrested- some things are better left as secrets.

Hi Brandi, Tell us about yourself.

Hi!  I’m Brandi Alexis.  I was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan.   At age 4 I began taking ice skating lessons and by age 7, I’d become a competitive figure skater.  I skated for 17 years of my life.  In 2001 I was awarded a full academic scholarship to the University of Michigan (GO WOLVERINES!).  During my time in college I began to step into the modeling industry for side income.  It wasn’t until I graduated that I really developed a love for modeling.

I spent 2 years in Michigan working as a TV News Reporter and Marketing Specialist, still modeling on the side.  It wasn’t until 2007 that I decided to give modeling a full shot.  I packed up and moved all the way to Miami, FL where my career as a model took off.

In 2008 I won Shirley of Hollywood’s Sexy Super Model Search in Nassau, Bahamas, beating out thousands of entrants nationwide.  I won a modeling contract with Shirley of Hollywood Lingerie, and shot for their Big Book Catalog 2009 as well as the 2009 Calendar.  Since then I have gone on to shoot campaigns for Bud Light, Bud Light Lime, Zumba, BOD Men’s cologne, and Hot Import Nights.  I’ve shot for Flirt Catalog, Three Olives Vodka and Harley Davidson.  In 2009 I became a top ten finalist in Maxim’s Hometown Hotties competition and right now I’m competiting to win the title!  I was featured in the November issue of Maxim as well as the November issue of American Curves magazine.

Aside from modeling I still enjoy skating in my spare time ,running on the beach and Miami cuisine.  I attend church on Sundays, I love watching movies in the comfort of my home, and I have an undying love for pets.  I’m the proud owner of two teacup dogs:  Colby-Jack, my Pomeranian and Monterey-Jack, my Chihuahua.  I plan to attend graudate school in 2010 and received my master’s degree in Journalism.

Where were you born, and how was life growing up? I was born in MI.  My life was great growing up.  I was always surrounded by friends and family.  It was fantastic.

What nationality are you? I dont like to say.  It limits you in the modeling world to be type cast in a specific ethnic group.  I am a chameleon.  I portray an array of roles and nationalities.

What would the average person say about you? I’m a go getter.  I work hard and play hard.  I’m never satisfied with anything, and I always strive to improve myself.

What kind of stuff did you get into after high school? I went to the University of Michigan (GO BLUE!) and after that I worked in TV News as a reporter, and also in Marketing before deciding to try my hand at modeling.

Do you have any secret weaknesses or guilty pleasures? I love halloween costumes and bikinis.  I have so many, you can say that I’m a collector…if you want.

Describe your most embarrassing moment. Which one? LOL.  I dont really get embarassed.  I trip and fall down at times, I’ve run into things…no limit to the odd things that can happen to me, but I always laugh it off.  Its funny, enjoy the moment!

What has been your most memorable experience as a model? My participation in the Maxim Hometown Hotties contest 2009.  Currently I’m a top 10 finalist out of about 100,000 entrants?  Its a BIG deal!  I’m very proud of that and I hope to come out on top in the end1

What’s your biggest turn on? muscular men, who are also smart.  All brawn and no brain is a turn off.

What’s one thing about yourself that everyone should know? I’m definitely a warm weather girl!  Even though I grew up in the North and was a competitive figure skater, I’ll take the sunshine and warmth over that ANY day!

What do you like best about being a model? The ability to travel and see the world on someone else’s dime   Also the freedom to pick and chose what projects I take on and which I pass on.

What would you consider your strongest attribute? My eyes.  They are very unique and I absolutely love them!

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and who would you take with you? If I could go anywhere I’d go to France and I’d take my fiance with me.  Its a place of romance, and a great setting for the two of us I’m sure!

We know you’re a model and all, but you must have a favorite food. What is it? Cheeseburgers and french fries.  I’d take that over filet mignon any day of the week!

Besides modeling, what do you do for fun? I run outside by the bay and the beach, I play wth my two cute little toy dogs, I like to dress them up!  I also love watching movies and going shopping of course!

What are your dreams and goals? My dream is to become a well recognized TV host like Joel McHale or Ryan Seacrest.  Of course I’m prettier than them, but hey, they are both rather talented in my book.

How did you get your start in modeling? I started modeling part time in MI.  My first booking was a Bridal magazine.  I loved it and had tons of fun.  After that I knew I had to do more!

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done? I do something crazy about once a week. Most of my crazy antics involve driving.  No one can really drive in Miami, its survival of the fittest.  So if I have to cut 3 people off and bust an illegal u-turn to get where I’ve gotta go…well, so be it!

What’s in your CD player right now? CD Player?  People still own those?  My I-Pod (its 2009 is full of many different things.  I’ve got old stuff, new stuff, rap, rock, even some country.  I keep an open mind when it comes to music for sure.
